My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Yes. We can provide a variety of food, both wet and dry, however special dietary requirements can also be accommodated. Any prescribed or specialist food or supplements should be brought in with the pet and fully explained to the kennel staff on arrival.

What bedding do you supply for overnight boarding?

We will provide bedding and blankets for your pet's stay. We ask that customer avoid bringing any large or padded beds as these may not fit well into the kennel, or in the case of padded beds, get torn and spill the padding/contents into our drains.
However smaller towels, blankets, fleeces or sheets from home are really handy to place on our bedding to allow the dog to have the scent of home with them.

Can I supply my own food for my pet's stay?

Yes you can. We include food in the boarding price, however if your pet has a particular favourite or special requirement you can bring that in at the time of drop-off and we will use it as instructed.

Can I bring my dog's/cat's favourite toy/blanket/bedding?

We ask that customers refrain from bringing larger and padded beds and bedding into the kennels. However smaller towels, blankets, sheets or fleeces (that can be easily washed if required) from home are good as we can add them to our bedding to allow them to smell the scent of home.
Smooth and hard surfaced toys are okay as they can be cleaned before and after their stay with us.

My pet is on medication. Can you administer this to them?

Yes.
Please bring medication details at drop-off (ideally written down) and explain to the kennel staff what the dosage and daily requirements are.
Rest assured the pets are closely monitored and we will contact a vet if necessary.

When is my pet fed?

Generally dogs are fed twice a day morning and afternoon, using the specified or requested food. However if your dog has differing requirements (commonly once or three times a day), let us know the schedule and we will modify their feeding times accordingly.
Cats are fed according to the customers instructions. Most cats have dry biscuit available at all times for grazing.
All animals have access to fresh drinking water at all times.
