All our services are available for customers, including grooming and the use of the exercise arena.
We do try to give all customers appointments now so that queuing is minimised and social distancing improved. However when times are busier we do ask that everyone maintains a safe distance when in an enclosed space.

Precautions and Changes

Following the Coronavirus outbreak and the ongoing requirement for social distancing we have made some changes to our daily operations to maximise the safety for customers and staff.

APPOINTMENTS:

All animal drop-off and collections are now being made at appointed times. This allows us to ensure social-distancing can be provided with minimal disruption and delays.

LEADS, BEDS AND BEDDING:

We are not accepting any stuffed/soft beds or bedding when your animal arrives to us. We have our own beds and bedding that we will use for your animal's stay with us.

Leads and small towels or blankets from home can be used to make your animals stay more comfortable.​

TOYS:

Ideally toys should be plastic or rubber that can be cleaned, however we are taking all types of toys for the animals.

We also have a range of toys available for those who need something to occupy them.

PAYMENT:

We ask that, where possible, all payments are now made by CARD or BACS transfer.
